Phoenix Dance Chamber holds classes weekly, and performs annually at a number of Chinese New Year festivities throughout the islands.  We also perform throughout the year at various public and private events, such as block parties, banquets and weddings.  Every year we put on our own showcase, whether it's a fundraiser gala or concert.  Another annual activity is our examination at the end of each year.  The purpose of these is to assess dancers' improvement and identify areas of focus for instructors.  Lastly, we have consistently brought our dancers on a cultural exchange trip to China, Taiwan, or Hong Kong once every five years to learn dances from different sources.  Our last trip was to Taiwan in 2015, where dancers took intensive classes and learned choreography at the National Taiwan University for Physical Education and Sport.
